Lori Salzman is the owner and founder of Room to Improve, one of Boston’s only full-service transitional companies, founded in 2006.

Lori is a Gold HSR (Home Staging Resource) Certified Professional Home Stager and the Greater Boston Chapter president for the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR). She also teaches home staging courses at the Boston Center for Adult Education. She offers experience and knowledge in the methods of home staging and interior redesign. She is also qualified to offer the “Do It Yourself” Action Plan to her clients and Realtor partners in order to help them stage their own properties.

Lori has ten years of experience working with the elderly through non-profit organizations and is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) as well as a member of NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers).

After moving eight times in twelve years, Lori became a master at repurposing items in her home to fit the needs of new spaces and designing on a minimal budget. She uses this expertise in all of her redesign projects and passes that savings on to her clients.
